| RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS: * A refundable security deposit made by check, credit card will be required 30 days prior to arrival . * Your security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of departure. * You must agree to replace or pay for any incurred expenses, loss, breakage, or damage with security deposit. * A minimum of two nights are required when making a reservation. * Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. * 50% of deposit withheld if reservation is canceled within 15 to 29 days of arrival. * No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. |
